Ghali El Alami

Ghali El Alami is a lawyer at JGW Avocats et conseillers d’affaires and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2025. His practice is primarily focused on business law, with a particular interest in transactional and commercial matters. In his practice, Ghali is involved in a variety of matters relating to the legal and commercial activities of businesses, including commercial contracts as well as business transactions and corporate operations. He also has experience in civil litigation and immigration law, allowing him to approach matters with a broader and complementary legal perspective. Ghali holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal. Prior to pursuing his studies in Québec, he completed pre-university studies abroad and also completed part of his training at McGill University. Having developed in environments shaped by diverse cultural influences, he has a particular interest in legal issues related to business development and expansion into new markets, including internationally. This perspective is also reflected in his ability to work in multiple languages, including French and English.
