Carolane Rebelo

Carolane’s practice focuses primarily on tax law, with a particular interest in commercial transactions and the tax aspects of corporate reorganizations. She advises entrepreneurs and SMEs on a wide range of matters, including the incorporation and organization of companies, corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions and tax planning in a business context. A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Carolane completed her Bar internship at a boutique firm based in Rio de Janeiro specializing in assisting companies engaged in investments and commercial operations in Brazil. This experience enabled her to work on files involving international legal and tax issues, particularly in the context of cross-border investments and corporate structuring. In her practice, Carolane adopts a pragmatic approach to help clients implement efficient structures and successfully carry out their business projects.
