Julie Belisle

Member of the Quebec Bar since 2023, Julie Bélisle is business and corporate lawyer. She joined JGW as a law student in the summer of 2022. Julie has a great interest in the business community, naturally leading her to develop her career in this area of law, and more specifically by directing her practice in matters relating to purchase-sale transactions, drafting of commercial contracts, financing and corporate reorganizations. Julie obtained her bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Sherbrooke in 2022. As part of her university studies, Julie volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada and took part in the drafting of a guide on the legal aspect of business financing as well as with the Entrepreneurial Legal Clinic of the University
