A member of the Québec Bar since 2006, Pierre-Luc Girard is the Managing Partner of JGW Business and Tax Law Inc. Pierre-Luc works primarily on transactions in the course of acquisitions, sales, mergers, corporate planning, financing or securities. He also acts as an advisor in buy-sell mandates, approaching buyers and sellers to create business opportunities (M&A). In this respect, Pierre-Luc actively seeks for partnerships, strategic alliances and strategic acquisitions to facilitate growth and increase the value of his clients’ investments. From the time he began his career, Pierre-Luc has consistently played a leading role in the development and negotiation of various corporate and commercial transactions. Pierre-Luc has a strong strategic vision and an ability to work with all types of businesses, particularly those requiring innovation. Pierre-Luc’s varied and extensive professional experience has led to him to acquire invaluable business expertise and intimate knowledge the local business community. In addition Pierre-Luc has obtained an Occasional Practice Permit to Practise Law in Ontario.
