Martin Gagnon

A member of the Bar of Quebec since 2005, Martin Gagnon has been practicing as a tax lawyer since 2007 and is the tax partner in the Montreal (Laval) office. Martin works primarily with business owners and other professionals in the areas of tax planning and asset protection. Martin is often involved with the creation of family trusts, implementation of corporate structures, planning generational transfers, the integration of key employees, the incorporation of professionals, drafting Shareholders’ Agreements and Wills, and insurance planning. Martin is also a frequent guest speaker in events for entrepreneurs, financial planners, bankers and members of various professional organizations.
