Graduated in notarial law in 2015, Vanessa Hotte practised as a notary for four years, developing a strong understanding of the legal and wealth-related issues affecting both individuals and entrepreneurs. Since 2019, she has also been active in the financial services sector, providing her with a complementary perspective on decisions involving both legal and financial considerations. Driven by a strong interest in the business environment, she joined JGW Avocats et conseillers d’affaires, where she collaborates with both the corporate and financing teams. She has a particular interest in matters relating to corporate structuring, financing, and estate planning and post-mortem wealth transfer.
